What is STM’s Pricing Promise?
STM’s Pricing Promise means that you can deal with us and not worry about unexpected bills when you come to pick up your car. From the time that you book your car in with us until the moment you drive away, we will make sure that you know exactly what is being done to your car, why it is necessary, and what the cost will be. Better still, we won’t just plough on with the job on the assumption that is what you would want us to do – we will not perform any work without your approval.
So How Does It Work?
When you book in your car for any work, we will estimate the total cost of the work required. If the job progresses normally, then that will be the final price you will pay for the work. On occassion, problems do arise which we can’t forsee before beginning the job. When we strike such a problem, we will immediately stop working on your car, and rework our estimate. You will then be contacted and be given the opportunity to approve the work and the new total. This means that you always know exactly what your bill will be, and there are no hidden surprises.
